Very nice to meet you!
I’m Natasha. Writing about myself or even just talking about myself has never come easily to me. Maybe that’s why I love to have a camera in my hand, to put my words into images. Nonetheless, I can tell you three things about me to introduce myself.
I’m French, born and raised. As you can guess, I love wine (being from Burgundy, you have to!), cheese, mustard (being from Dijon, you have to!), the smell of lavender fields, the touch of mature grapes on a vineyard and my family and friends.
I’m a journalist as well. I work as a freelance writer and photographer for national media in France. That is why my wedding photography style is very photojournalistic. That’s the way I learned photography and fell in love with it.
I travel, like a lot. Well, twice a year back to France to see my family and friends. But any other spare time I have, I take to explore our beautiful planet.
I love candid photos, the small moments between friends or two lovers (or all of them togeather!), the very short instant which nobody will remember if a camera wasn't around to catch it. See examples in the Wedding Gallery. I also specialize in Destination Wedding Photography in France and Europe.
You can find me on WPJA.com (Wedding Photojournalist Association) where I have been awarded several times for my work. I am also a proud member of Fearless Photographers and Family Photojournalist Association.
As a photojournalist, I have won many international photo competitions, and have been selected for collective exhibitions in Detroit, Paris, Great Britain and Finland.
If you are interested to see more, here are my personal projects that I ‘m working on when not doing wedding and family photography.
