A JEWISH WEDDING IN A DC LANDMARK ON THE MALL

Laura and Josh have the sweetest story of how they met that eventually landed them to this day at the Washington DC War Memorial. They met through a mutual friend the night of his surprise birthday party in 2017. Laura helped with confusing him prior to the big surprise and happily was introduced to his closest friends that night. They hit it off right away and became inseparable. They both share a love for travel, people, and Nando's, especially. He even got a Nando's tattoo while we were dating.

They chose to not work with a rabbi and actually had their cousin officiate their Washington DC wedding and it really showed how much they cared about their family and having a very sentimental ceremony. Laura is Jewish and for their DC wedding they had a semi-traditional Sunday wedding with a Chupa, glass breaking, but decided on no rabbi - their cousin officiated their wedding.

From the couple

The photos are beautiful, she was a dream to work with, and the photo book keepsake we received as part of the package is something we treasure.
