Katie and Daniel were very excited to secure this hotel for their wedding. They wanted their friends and families to spend time in one of their favorite neighborhoods in DC. Not only the hotel was perfectly located but it allowed them to host all their guests in the same space.

Wedding cost and guest count at the line

Weddings at The Line can cost from $2,500 for the reception only to $10,000 for a full day (ceremony and reception). On this page, they go over their food and beverage pricing but I would assume that for a hundred guests, a wedding at The Line, catering included, would cost between $30,000 to $40,000 depending on the options you would like to include. However, this is where big wedding dreams come true: they can host up to 700 guests!

Katie and Daniel’s favorite part of the hotel was the rooftop, where you planned their first look and family portraits. When you get a view like this, it’s hard not to plan everything up there! They also had their cocktail hour on the Line’s terrace. For their ceremony, they opted for a room in the basement of the hotel, mainly used for wedding ceremonies, and not far from their main ballroom where receptions are hosted.
