Supreme Court Engagement Session

This Supreme Court engagement session was such a fun time! Garrett and Jenni were such a fun couple and they were truly up for anything which made their engagement photos so great. If you are still looking for the perfect location for your engagement photos, take a look at my list of the best engagement locations in Washington DC.

Do you love beer, wine, or a favorite thing to do together? Bring it!! Garrett and Jenni brought some champagne and it made it super chill and they were so relaxed in front of the camera! They also brought a deck of cards and that made it loads of fun to be able to be creative with them. After you see these photos, you’ll see they had a blast!

When Garrett and Jenni first inquired with me they said it was super important to them to have photos that truly captured their happy-go-lucky selves and have unique photos to look back on this time of their lives…and we accomplished just that!

We chose the location of the DC Supreme Court because it’s a special place for both of them.

They both work in the court along both live here in DC! They wanted to recognize their home in a unique way that wasn’t cookie cookie location but still had that DC vibe and looks. They aren’t getting married here in DC so I thought this was so special! We also walked around in the park and those photos came out so perfect!

Big tip! The Supreme Court does not require a permit so it’s such a great pick for a location along for photos!

Are you planning your DC wedding? I would love to be your photographer! My style is very relaxed and my focus is capturing your story in a very unposed, authentic way! If that sounds like you, you can inquire on my website here!
