Home Surprise Proposal in Silver Spring
As a proposal photographer in Washington DC, I have many ideal locations when it comes to planning a proposal session. But Chris surprised me when he wanted to propose in front of his house. It was actually the perfect place. During Cherry Blossom season, his street becomes a true wonder with a dozen cherry trees blooming! It’s actually a very pretty location to capture the blooms.
How To Plan a Home Surprise Proposal
So how do you keep your surprise proposal... well, a surprise? Chris and I agreed that I would not really hide but instead, be that weird girl with a camera taking pictures of cherry tree branches. Hiding in plain sight is usually the best (and only) way to go. Actually, I wasn’t the only one trying to hide. Right after the proposal, Samantha’s friends showed up to shower her with champagne. Chris thought of everything! They all celebrated at their newly bought home where we continued our session (Chris had booked my second package which includes a mini-session right after).
