The St. Regis Washington, D.C.

There are a lot of beautiful venue in the Capital’s nation, but St Regis has this little “je ne sais quoi” that I love. The Astor Ballroom is the most sought after venue for weddings and social galas. Soaring Palladian windows, handcrafted ceilings and dramatic Louis XVI crystal chandeliers create a magical atmosphere that is both majestic and intimate. The lobby, restaurant, bar, and exterior have been beautifully designed and furnished to create an exquisite and welcome environment.

A sweet engagement session at Eastern Market in Washington DC

Couple’s photos at Eastern market

Michael and Christianne chose to go with Eastern Market for their engagement session. The prime goal of the session was to get a picture for their “Save the Date” cards to announce their wedding in Hawaii! Christianne is from one of the Island and they cannot wait to be there with their friends !

We started by the famous mural on the west side of Eastern Market. We played games to ease the process (it’s never really easy to be all lovey dovey in front of the camera right?).
