Winter Engagement Session | Brookland, Washington DC
Brookland is very underrated for engagement session locations, especially for a winter engagement session in Washington DC. As Lisa and Daniel are planning on moving to the area next year, they thought it would be a great idea to plan the photoshoot in this DC neighborhood. We met at Starbucks for a coffee to relax and talk about the session.

The Catholic Basilica
The Basilica in Brookland is the largest Roman Catholic Church in North America. It’s funny because it’s one of DC's treasures that is overlooked by tourists and residents. It is so beautiful and has so much potential for photography!
For the last spot of our session, I wanted to finish in front of the famous Brookland wall by the Brookland Metro Station! Lisa and Daniel did not know how to get there so they were happy that I could lead them to the perfect location for our last pictures. These are some of their favorites!
